This is the Waverley alongside Fishguard harbour. The trip was cancelled due to high winds and rough weather. It was the first time she had visited Fishguard in 30 years. - 30th May 2024
Finding The Ancient Ruins Of Caerau, Fishguard

Today we went looking for the remains of the old town of Caerau in Fishguard. Having seen it marked on Google maps, we wanted to go see it! It's mad that this town existed in around 300AD and there are still ruins of it!

I was up on the cliff and watched it depart. Man what a sight
So disappointing that this much anticipated sail was cancelled due to strong N'ly winds. Even at dockside she was rocking and fenders needed.
