Yea and this shit noise… i got vm30 its not bad but far away from good mic.

Hello. Please help me. I have bought Comica EJoy Uni microphone to fix on my table for computer. I see the flashes are on, blue little spot light is on. Mic Gain is in the middle. Everything is attached to computer. When I use microphone, i see equaliser is registering it, but when I listen to my voice file, I don't hear anything. When I detache microphone from computer, everything is working for producing audio file with my voice on computer. But when I attache this microphone to computer, no sound is recorded.

Looks like I’ll need to update both mics and receiver.

Did it a few days ago and it worked fine for my double mic version 👍 The description on the website was easy to understand.

Very simple, compare the functionality of your transmitters to the Hollyland Max. You have all kinds of long and short press buttons. The Hollyland max transmitters are very simple to operate vs yours. In addition, the Comica lacks a touch screen receiver.

Overly complicated transmitters. I`ll stay with my Hollyland Max system

Are you able to monitor the sound in real time from the app?

Can you record to the shotgun mic without using the wireless receiver at all? In other words, can you use JUST the shotgun mic and simply record to it.

This is a brilliant idea. I'd love to have this in my studio and for outdoor productions

Great concept which is totally ruined by poor sound. Comica could have had a runaway hit if they improved the sound quality.

Why the 16 bit instead of 24? If it's pro, give me at least 24 bit through a firmware, if not 32. If I wanted to find a set of mics that record 16bit, it would be very hard. That's how rare it is. Also you need to either increase the level of the internal recording or give us the option to set it ourselves.

This is a good mic but there's a few things I'm puzzled about. How do you change the date on this? In recording from the mic, this appears to give a random time and date for the recording. How do you delete/remove the recordings other than manually removing the files connected to a computer. I have not used the app. I really don't like products that rely heavily on apps as they're intrusive. This is 32-bit float but only when it's recording from the mic internally. Per my understanding, it drops down to 24 bit when you use the receiver paired with it. Why?

Sound quality (all things being equal) is the same on both mics. And 100 extra meters in the distance isn't something most people want. But the 32-bit float recording, the 32GB onboard memory, and the app control are great. I don't own the VM40, only the VM30 (which i saved for a year to be able to buy), and I wish it were possible for COMICA to surprise me and send me one (the VM40, i mean). 😅

What are the specs? How's self noise?

I've had the 2-Mic COMBO for 2 weeks. Love it. The 2nd mic is not that much extra, good deal in the combo vs. buying separately later. I'm waiting for a BIG THUNDERSTORM... to test 32-bit and whispering in a thunderstorm. Hahaha

How do you connect the Vimo Q to the app. I can't figure this out for anything.

I can't find anything that tells me how to offload files once recorded.

Yesterday at a wedding, we mic’d up the officiant and the groom 40 minutes before ceremony. Did a sound check and both mics worked perfectly. We muted the mics via the EV SMART APP. until the ceremony. Once the ceremony was starting the officiant came to me for a last minute change and we noticed his mic was receiving a signal. I checked it and his mic was off. Also the receiver turned off on its own. Everything was fully charged. I had to reset the officiants mic and the Grooms mic never worked during the ceremony. After the ceremony, we got the grooms mic and it too was off. Do these turn off after no sound signal over a period of time and if so, how do we change that?

How do you get to quad mode? Mine only has mono and stereo modes.

Great mic! Almost perfect. There is only one thing I'm not a fan of and that is the fact I can't change the battery myself. The VM50 should have this option.

why isnt this working with my iphone 14?

I HAVE GOT to get my hands on this set to review! I have been using the VM20 ever since it's first released as my on camera shotgun mic, but for the past year, it has been my in studio off camera frame shotgun mic, and it has valued up x5 playing that role. I am intrigued to see how this VM40 sounds in comparison to t he VM20, as well as in comparison to my Joby Wavo Pro & Plus. Great video as always..
