TV save points?? That's intriguing, I may have to have another look at this game as I can't recall. Some things don't surprise me with indie games though so there may well be bugs. I didn't get as far as backtracking to see if I could find the items once I knew what they were - partly because the whole level was so big I got lost too easily! This is also available on playstation so I wonder if the two versions are the same? 🤔

I assume you linked some sort of email account to it first as it should have emailed a code?

I am a fan of the chase when it's balanced, and not so much when there are too many puzzles, but I guess everyone's started making it their own and drifting further into more general horror than liminal mystique, though i don't mind that myself. Thanks for watching!

@@T82officiali have no mods + i made Every unit in my faction but thanks i'll check the only problem Is that i have *63* units in my faction and the other problem Is that It dosen't tell me what unit does this It Just Tells me when i try to use the faction It Just says 🤖🤖🤖👽(*THERES SOME COLORS ABILITY OR WEAPON THAT IS NOT SUPPORTED*)🤖🤖🤖👽 but still thanks for the info but It Will take a lot of time to check Every SINGLE ONE

@doradobozistefano I'd probably start with those that look like they're using some sort of special weapons or clothing but it's odd that you'd be able to create units using stuff that it then says is unavailable. Unless you've got to be signed in online or something so it can update or download the things it's missing?

Well there's this one and Escape - Backrooms Horror which you may have seen before, but so far i don't think the others are worth it.

@danielmontane3635 For the Switch there's only SCP 087 The Stairwell Horror that I'm aware of. Hopefully we'll see more of those games reach the Switch as with the backrooms ones

@danielmontane3635 There's a couple of anomaly spotting games but they're not really backrooms/scp related, other than Anomaly Pools. Apart from that there's hardly any. No liminal ones either that I'm aware of

Thanks, I've fulfilled my purpose in that case 😄. I was thinking the similarly titled Escape Backrooms Horror because of its staged approach that covers a few different level types. This game however has more creep to it but it's a big item gathering mission that doesn't appear to save progress. They're both pretty cheap though in my opinion. All the best 👍

What backrooms games are good?

It's on a table in a room near the starting area, round towards the right corner of the area I think

There's a key (stuck to some paper) found in a drawer near the start

I suppose for some keycodes it's possible to guess the number and get through without having to search for the clues. I don't know if that's what happened but I'd take the win 🤣

It seemed to me that you can only log in once with either your Nintendo online account or an Epic Games account, but once you're logged in I don't think you can change it

You need crouch down and aim at the key that's stuck to the paper

Have you tried launching it in compatibility mode? I don't remember having to do that but it can help in some games

@@T82official I don't know how to switch to compatibility mode as I only got my steam deck yesterday

From the library where you select games you want to access the game's properties/manage the game and the force compatibility option is in that menu

@Dinonerd554 open the game page where you would normally click "play", click on the gear icon on the right side next to the controller icon, go down to properties, compatibility and on the drop down menu try proton experimental first and if that doesn't work select the newest version of proton on the list (usually found at the top of the list), after this go back and try launching game

Did you try signing in with Nintendo account details or Epic Games account as I recall you can only choose one and can't change it afterwards (which isn't helpful!)

I signed up with my Nintendo account details as I didn't know there were other account options, and I hadn't signed in before so it worked first time, but when I tried to sign in using another account it wouldn't work so I'm stuck with it now it seems. Is it possible you've played other games by the same developer that you've already signed into before so it wants you to use those details??

Which drawers were you looking through? If the game hasn't changed or isn't different between the Switch and PS, etc. the first one should contain the paper with a key stuck to it in the bottom left. This game does seem to cause people problems!

I found it was a very sensitive lockpick mechanism so harder than in games like red dead and fallout, etc. so it didn't allow for much at all. It was only by luck I got it on my second retry. This is from the Switch too so I don't know if it's different on the PS etc. Pretty unfair though!

It's like Backrooms-lite but on the Switch I think it's the strongest entry it's got at the moment. There's another one out soon so will be interesting to see if it's better in any way!

Yes i agree. In some ways the levels get a bit easier, but only after level 4 🫠. Good luck as patience is needed!

If you're on a Steamdeck have you tried launching in it in compatability mode?

@ yes. I tried that. Nothing worked

It has had a ton of updates since I loaded it up so will need to try it again to check. I recall there may be a few different compatibility modules available depending on what you have installed. If you have several have you tried them all? I've always had to restart the game after each try to see if I get further. Wish I could remember how many attempts it took me! I'll have to have another look into it soon. I suspect it may struggle though as it must be a big game. Even palworld was a struggle most days without it crashing

@@T82official I wish it could much easier to play games in steam deck. I expect it to do as easy as Switch.

@Liako.s Yes considering the Switch must be more underpowered you'd think the steamdeck would have less issues, but I guess Switch games are made with Nintendo in mind so they're less likely to have issues. I'm still pleasantly surprised at what I've been able to run on the Steamdeck though

It may have been the left-stick clicked in, but I think it only worked on certain units - I could be wrong though!

Okay so there are quite a few differences between the different versions then. That would explain why some of my videos didn't help other people that were playing on different consoles! 🤣

Haha yes I guess it was meant to be! Good to hear from you. This game is a little weird in that it doesn't seem finished as there are only 2 levels!! Not sure that counts as a game 🤣. It could be different on other platforms of course but I don't know if that's the case so as it stands at the moment I'd give it a miss. Still don't think there have been any better backroom attempts than that first game we played! Hope all's well with you 🫡

Yes I found it to be very clunky. I uninstalled it a few times before coming back to it as you do need a lot of patience and a responsive controller to help with the jumping parts. The game had become a memory test by the end 😅

Sorry it wasn't intentional. I use the Switch's internal capture so you have to time it right to capture seamlessly and it messed up here. After I dropped down and turned around I think I took the first left, then first right, then first left, then walked around until i fiubd the the darker parts where the water changed colour. Good luck as I noticed the 2nd key can change positions

It was a surprise find but it did look ugly blown up on TV in docked mode. Maybe handheld would be better for visuals. Certainly a lot more horror related games on the Switch than there used to be!

Hi, this game only has 7 levels, but for the Switch it's probably the best entry it has so far, and it's fairly reflective of 'the backrooms'. Thanks for watching!

@VegitoBlackityBlack Pleasantly surprised but I think it'll need the lower settings on as it did get tight in places. Wasn't expecting it to work though!

There are some units not available in the Switch version, but you can recreate them as your own units if you know what abilities and characteristics to assign them in creator mode. Did you manage to save it in the end? If it's all been fully set up properly and there aren't any empty fields I wondered whether the cursor has to be in the right place on the screen or something for it to work?
