    I've seen this 'stairway to heaven' you've described in your third story while on a plant based journey. What came to mind is two things: 1. Jacob's Ladder - a Biblical account an prophet had of angels ascending and depending from heaven on a ladder. A lot of bibilcal stories sound like 'awakening' moments (a 'burning bush' that's burning but not burning and it says 'I Am'...yeah.) 2. I thought the line, "On a clear day, you can see Eternity." As I looked into the ascending vibrating fractals, I experientially understood 'the Eternal Now'. Thank you for sharing Brent.

    How do I not have resentment and judgment towards things that are more than just frustrating? Horrific things like molestation/abuse/murder?

    • @brenthuras1
      @brenthuras1 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Start by deciding for yourself if it's preferable to have resentment/judgement for these things. My argument is that whereas we'd prefer to minimize these things anywhere we can, resentment/judgement does not help anything. If you DO decide this for yourself, and if you're totally resolved with it, then it means you're no longer "pedalling the bicycle" of judgement. In other words you're not adding new resentment anymore, you're just going off of old momentum. From here, just let that momentum play itself out until it's done. Does that answer your question?

    This is well said. The degree to which there’s a smugness from normie people who operate within a rigid, reductive Cartesian framework would reference statements from “authority”figures as if it’s axiomatic truth. It’s quite telling in where they are in their consciousness as even on a surface level and through logic and reasoning, one can see that, that in itself is both a weak and invalid argument - as it’s really just an appeal to authority… and WHO is this authority at the end of the day? Just another person’s opinion. Yes a person who has studied a great deal on that particular subject, but ultimately it’s just one person’s perspective and opinion.

      Congrats on the awakening - it's unmatched in its way of getting us to focus on the most important thing. I suggest focusing less on making an enormous, heavy career choice and instead simply following your curiosity as you move along. If we're really digging what we're doing, then the 'worth it' piece will be baked right in.
