Pros and Cons of Living in Charlotte, NC - [Everything you need to know!]
Lol
Bad news is she has to go down to a dark basement to turn on the light.
weather people tend to talk about mild weather in all the things encouraging people to move to north carolina or charlotte in particular b4 you get here, but what they don't tell you unlike other places like pennsylvania where you normally have days or weeks to prepare for major temperature changes in the weather in north carolina it can drop from a starting temperature of 70-85 degrees all the way down to 30-40 degrees fahrenheit in just 2-3 hours in the middle of the afternoon totally at seeming random. sometimes it stays cold, sometimes an hour or two later its back up to 60-75 degrees sometimes its back warm again the next day. the fluctuations in temperature are much more dramatic and random and no rhyme reason or seeming pattern. if you are having to be outside any at all for work you quickly learn to keep a heavy winter coat in your vehicle pretty much all year long bc you might randomly need it even in the middle of the dog days of summer occasionally in 2008 it was about 70 degrees for 2 weeks straight in the middle of december, which was normally may june early july temperatures in pennsylvania when i was growing up. the winters here tend to run late.... if any winter comes at all it tends to come in january february and march... not october through early january or mid february like pennsylvania had growing up when winter does come...stay home if you can...the state isnt really prepared for it and infrastructure not made to handle it and they tend to get more ice then snow here which is worse for driving on usually then snow would be. heat stroke/heat exhaustion is a major problem here, its way too hot to spend more then 10-15 minutes at a time outside most of the year here, and unlike in pennsylvania where summer days cooled off enough by like 6pm or 9pm to be outside and comfortable with the hottest part of the day usually from 1pm to 3pm, in north carolina it sometimes is still 75-90 degrees til 11pm or occasionally til 7am the next day with a brief respite from then til 9am and then it gets hot again by 10 or 11am.
@@isabellaereshki thank you for your comment! I personally haven’t experienced the weather fluctuating that drastically in one day. Not saying it doesn’t happen, I just haven’t experienced it! I’ll have to pay more attention to that. I do agree that winter tends to come later! January and February can be colder than December a lot of times.
Awesome❤
Thank you!
Thank you so much for wasting my time and telling me absolutely NOTHING.
@@guardrailbiter You’re welcome! Watch the full video on my channel!
Pov, you cracked out hiding, waiting for the house lady to leave😂😂😂
So true I do that same shit
That was me coming up from the basement every time
Seven weeks of that exact scenario plus lots of mucus.
LMFAO. She needs a 3 way chicken switch at the top of the stairs. Why the switch was not put in is beyond me
Yep 😂😂

Excellent edit.
She needs to clock the speed of dark.
I understand...sometimes I did that😊
If your having the house built for you and your afraid why not have a light switch at the top of the stairs too. So you can turn it off when you get up there? 😂 Lol
I just remembered I did that as a kid, completely forgot about it until now 🤣
Be careful showing prospective buyers alone! Murders have happened! 😱
Been there, done that.
I've seen a lot of stupid videos, but this one takes the cake.
Yeah that's why you carry gun maze tasers
Cute dress
Yep that's me
Haha. I get it.
I can identify.
No light switch on the top of the stairs?? Doesn’t make sense.
My parents put me in the basement at age 11 no fear of basements. But hated walking into back yard at night. The bushes always looked like people.😂
Look at the video very closely, there is a GHOST right behind her chasing her 👻
C'est très bête
That's me. Who knew.
Make sure you lock that door!!! Don't want no basement.
Just install another switch at the top !
Just put a light switch at the top of the stairs.
Y a qu à mettre une 2e porte bas escaliers
Pff ça ferme pas à clé....et en bas ils ont opas des alarmes
That was me when I was a kid
Lmao
