Despite the game rating Satin Panties Nightmare as the hardest song, Spookeez Nightmare is unanimously agreed on as the most difficult one solely for that running man pattern. If you're planning to play mods and want something like the harder songs in the base game, I recommend classics like VS Tricky, the Zardy mod, the QT mod, VS Whitty, VS Void, and B-Sides (Redux). There are also more recent ones with good music and decent difficulty like the Antipathy mod, Cartoon Cat 2.0, and, one of the best, Indie Cross.

You should try the other difficulties erect and nightmare. They are difficult remixes of the songs. Nightmare is the hardest difficulty.
