Thank you this work for me. One note for those that are wondering. You don’t need the same head unit number to match, just make sure it’s the same connector on the back before you buy one. I have a 2015 rav 4 limited, swap it out with a 2015 rav 4 XLE. Check back connectors to match and you’re good.

mine has still has a radio reception . The problem is, its stuck up on first screen view (showing only Toyota screen) not able to move to screen settings. Do i need to replace monitor display screen?

The 6 digits in front of your radio doesn’t appear on mine. Most likely faded away. If I’m not able to found out those 6 digits, I wouldn’t be able to buy a radio unless those numbers match?

Mine is frozen on the Toyota startup screen

Toyota dealer wanted to charge us $2500 to replace the radio.

we have to sue Toyota for this problem

Oh my gosh mine done the same thing was getting oil change had air bag sensor go out so they replaced it when I got back into car radio done the same thing but fortunately my back up camera does work so no ground problem but Toyota would not take care of it either so on my own to buy new radio
