To Be Men Episode - On Target: Setting Purpose Driven Goals
Purpose without action is pointless.
If we aren't fulfilling our function as men and we aren't setting goals that align with our purpose and passion, then all we are doing is preparing to fail. On this episode of the To Be Men Podcast we are taking a look at how we can better set goals that actually mean something. Goals that push you, challenge you, and align with your God-given purpose. Then we're going to learn how to make reaching those goals a reality.

Take 10 minutes to write out a SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound), put together 3 steps you'll need to take to achieve that goal, and reach it in 30 days!

With these younger generations of boys it's impacting even or labor force Construction workers. All these young kids now just want to stay at home play video games.
I agree with you the Young Generation that we have now of boys shall I say are being misled by social media the new Etc. I also try and set the example to my daughter what it is to get man so that she knows what to look for a man when she's of age. She is about to be 10 years old hopefully when it's time for her to find a man 20 years from now she's going to look for a man like her father.
Someone once said those no bad students, just bad teacher! It’s up to us to be good teacher, good examples for all those younger men!
