MSG isnt actually bad for most people lmao. a very small percantage of the population has a reaction to it lol.
Really? That’s great to know. Thank you for your input! I’ve always heard that naturally occurring MSG is fine but the additive can cause reactions. Many of my friends can’t tolerate it.
@@TaylorToldMe-11 Alot of the time its added nitrates as a ton of food that uses msg also happen to have nitrates added. Most msg is processed from seaweed or kelp. I tried a bunch of foods at home with adding msg and didnt get the same reaction i would have at certain restaurants. I buy msg at my local asian shop. although if your store has it Umami Seasoning is common in most big box stores and is normally made from mushrooms, garlic and onions and accomplishes a similar effect.

I loved the caramel but I see what you mean about the chocolate brown! I do the same, go lighter like it for the day then go a little darker, all that for that 😂 it looks beautiful!

Hey Taylor. I know it's been like a century, but it's Josh AADA. I recently came across your channel and like your stuff, this video in particular. I know this is probably more for women, but a lot of the tips you gave were given to me recently (last year) by family members. Tip #5 especially, since I used to wear shirts that were too big for me (I'm pretty lean). Tips like these and a haircut really made a big difference and I feel more confident in the clothes I wear. Keep up the great work!
