Hello, what is your prediction for EB1 India Oct 2024? I know you predicted it to be current or close to current, but do you still feel the same way? Hi, Dear, many people say that age plays a vital role in EB2. The USA does not need people over 50, considering that they will be retired soon and will not pay taxes to the Govt for a longer time. As soon as they retire, they will become the liability of the US government to spend thousands of dollars on them in their old age. How come if a person spends 50 years of age in another country and then lands in the USA to become a liability..... Need your comments, please? Do you have evidence of the successful cases in 50 or 55+, please?
