Welcome to Dirt Shallow Outdoors we are a group of friends who love hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. I can’t the kluche shad to run straight I usedweighted hooks
They have identified the problem and it is with packaging they're correcting it now. It was doing the same to me. To make it run straight I used a weighted vmc hook and I pegged a small tungsten sinker in front and swims great now. New klinch shad orders will come in a clam shell to ensure the tail stays straight.

Its ashamed this has happened to Louisiana, there isn't a river that can be fished that isn't lined with houses or condos
It's ashamed what happen to areas like the spillway all those gates put up restricting public water.

It was a fun weekend. Seems that people forgot that there are fish that like to live shallow. To fish 3 days on Rayburn in March and not fish near another boat is pretty wild.
Haven't been on Rayburn in 30yrs. I see she is still producing.
Still a ton of fun to fish. Hopefully next year we can hit it a full pool or around it.

@@dondobbs7722lake will be really low then but the shoreline grass should play early in the morning. You should hit some shad spawn and frog fishing just right.

We rented a place right by cypress bend was super convenient.
