3500 for a 40mph pedal bike is BS let's be straightforward
Super73 selling e-bikes for $3700 that only go 28 miles an hour, and they’re selling like crazy. You might think it’s BS, but it’s the way it is. Big plus with Vexcite is they are built in the U.S. unlike many competitors.

Rely cool bike, a little out of my price range for an E-bike though. Definitely looking forward to more bikes like this in the future.
The only thing this company messed up on, is making the wheels look like bicycle wheels.

Nice Bike. However, will it stand up to the E-Ride Pro Sr coming out? The MK1R is definitely on my radar between the two.
There is no state that will register those rear turn signals. They aren't DOT standard pod/wing thingies. I know everyone hates them and I do too. But there's a reason you can't buy a single motorcycle without them in the United States. Because it's a zero compromise situation. You either add them or you're not legal.

Promising. If going over 30mph, they should go with a higher grade of braking. The 3D printing is obvious, but okay for an unfinished product. At 66 mph I’d recommend getting it insured & registered. Nice entries; I’d be interested in the lower spec.
I hope this bike comes to be! Their indiegogo is still at 0 funding and 0 backers after 5 days of being live. I'm saving for the mk1r etc

Nice, unique; however, not clearly enough defined as to its character & usage case. The mid-drive, while welcome, looks complicated & expensive to repair… The throttle only goes up to the 20mph, class 2 limit, which goes back to my definition argument. Who’s buying, why & for what exactly? Very interesting dilemma; would be interested in seeing/hearing more perspectives.

that thing is heavy, and the freaking breaks is tiny as hell... combine that weight with the person riding that, good luck. that person in charge for picking the breaks should be fired instantly.
The Magura MT5e hydraulic brakes? You need to test ride it so you can see for yourself. When riding at 45mph I hit the brakes, and it came to a complete stop in about 25ft. Typical stopping distance for that speed in a car or motorcycle is approximately 135ft. Take the bike for a test ride, you will see!
What has better acceleration this or ristretto 512?
Good question! I reckon the 512, however it was December when I did the 512 test ride, so I need to ride it again to be certain. I should get my 512 this month, I'll be doing a thorough review, and I'll also do a Graffiti X Comparison video, so stay tuned.

The bike looks amazing but would that be illegal after the new law on e-bikes is passed?
My understanding of the proposed law is that there may be a license required for e-bike owners in the future, however, I don’t believe that law has been passed yet. I am not aware of any e-bikes being made illegal, and it would not make sense as there are far more powerful vehicles on the road. I do recommend reading up on the laws and checking with Lyric cycles if you are thinking about getting a bike like this.

I just saw a video of a guy who had a hard time getting his money back because of this Chinese vaporware. We need an honest review of the actual product, not some prototypes.
