I dont understand Reb Nachman this way. It sounds like Rebbe Nachman is conjuring up "Ma'aseh Avos Siman La'banim" which comes from the Avos and Imahos and tzadikim of sefer Breishis. I dont think we have that kind of power or influence today for later generations
