I've an F model in green 2003 17,000 miles. Paid £3000 at a local dealers. Well happy with it. Sounds great and goes like a rocket. Comfortable, been across Europe on it. 700 miles in 4 days. Touring. I'm 53...with a squashed lower disc. So if I can, anyone can.

Awesome bike in the best colours, can't believe you sold it, wish I had the cash and found this video earlier, would love to have another in more original condition. Mine had slightly less mileage when I got it a year and a half back, now at about 22k.
Yes Awesome bike and very very sad to see it go but ... a more upright machine was needed not a sport. New arrival Suzuki GSX 1250 FA. Throaty, tonnes of torque, a machine for motorcyclists of senior years shall we say.😎
