Small changes in the garden can make a big difference. This hosta was getting too much sun after I removed two trees. Replaced the hosta with a hydrangea and divided the hosta into about 5 plants. Happy gardening!

I planted the lavender plant late summer. Look how much it grew one season. What's my secret? Amended clay soil to make sure it was well drained. Did not fertilize or water. Just let lavender do lavender.
