What a beautiful sound. That Leo Fender kept on making great amps well into the 80's. Great playing also. I have a real 65 Deluxe Reverb and this sounds just as good but cleaner and louder. 👍I am so tempted to buy one.

I got one of these years ago from GC used for 400 bucks. Incredible guitar. Not sure what they were thinking at GC. Worth at least $1k. This would be a great buy for someone looking for LP style with more tone options. Cheers!

Umm that's not an R7, wrong pickups and no scratch plate.

I would never sell that amp if working as should. Swap it out with a Jensen c12n and be happy for the rest of your life. Both channels sound incredible. No pedals required with this little beast.

hi, sounds great. i have the same amp from 2005 running it with the matching cab at 8 ohms. it's worthwhile to replace the stock tubes with vintage mullard i63's at least at v1 it's the normal channel preamp.it will tame the brightness a bit without losing clarity and add nice low mids. it's what the original amps from the late 60's had. funny thing about this amp is that the second tube(v2) is the pi and the third tube(v3) is the tremolo channel preamp no other marshall has that tube layout. the stock tubes are probably jj's and they are very bad parts for a very good amp.
