there has to be a scientific reason why i h8 (i dont know if im allowed to have that feeling anymore lol) watching most people eat. i also, after a decade of eating alone, do not like eating with people anymore. unless it was my bio half sibling. its like a mixture of painfulness and disgust and disdain and yeah i think h8. but good for you trying food have a good one !! one love lol

Please forgive me for being very German and let me inform you about something: Apfelstrudel is a dish most popular in Southern Germany (my home region), but Austrians will probably claim it as their national dish rather than a German one. I will watch more of your videos to check what you have tried so far. Maybe I can give you some suggestions.

Fantastic video! For a variety of authentic, German food in Berlin, it's probably best to go to a Kneipe that serves hot food. Try, eg, Wilhelm Hoeck on Wilmersdorferstr. And if you are in the area during lunchtime, give the Rogacki food hall a go, with their unbelievably popular lunch offering. As for desert, there is a lot more than Apfelstrudel, which is actually not really a desert.

I like the way you analyze the cafes, for me I am always looking for a corner bench and cafe occupied to one half only, which leads me to the three most tranquil cafes in a particular suburb of Berlin.
