Navigating Mobile Home Investments within Self-Directed IRAs
There are many real estate investment opportunities within your self-directed plans. Everything from single family rentals, fix-and-flips, multifamily, and even mobile homes. As with any investment, it's important to understand the pro's, the con's, and where opportunities can be found. Mobile home investing has become a popular alternative to traditional real estate investments as home prices across the country have risen, making it more difficult for some investors to find cash flow opportunities. Has this also impacted the mobile home market? We'll discuss this and more, as we welcome mobile investment entrepreneurs, James and Alden Guajardo, the dynamic duo of Win Mobile Homes.
