Like Ali said, Cranes before and after 2000 were two different bands. I loved them from 1989-1993. After that they got more poppy, lost their old fans, didn't gain any new fans and eventually quit (?). Same story as Xmal Deutschland. I was lucky enough to see Cranes a lot from 1991 on.
