I'm excited to experiment with some new recipes like a cozy homemade vegetable soup paired with crusty whole-grain bread.

Quiche, red beans and rice, beef and farro soup and probably a night out

My 5 meals this week: Chili dogs and a salad (pregnant wife requested), Skirt Steak with Roasted potatoes and broccoli, Spicy Kale Soup with Italian Sausage, Green Enchiladas, Breaded Chicken Cutlet with spinach salad

Not so much plans but for tonight we have couscous with tomatoes, zucchini and feta from the oven. Tomorrow: (selfmade) kimchi soup with leftover vegetables from previous days. Yesterday was vegetarian pad thai. The day before was mushroom risotto.

This weeks menu includes beef stroganoff, pork katsu with Japanese curry, chicken teriyaki, and tuna casserole

Rye bread, lox, cucumber and dill sandwiches.

I shop at the same grocery store. Now I'm interested in shopping at Trader Joe's. I never thought about shopping at Target. You got some great items. Let us know how the egg salad tastes.
