Just now listening on Aug 22. A couple of requests: 1. can the members be identified when they speak, as is done at the city council meetings? I'd love to get to know each member as they are speaking. 2. Can the agenda items be placed up on the screen as they are being discussed? Again, as is done with the city council meetings. It's easier to follow. I am often too busy to have look up your agenda ahead of time, and just often forget to.

I would like to clear up some misinformation that was spoken by Councilman Clevenger at this council meeting. To be clear, I have never talked to Councilman Clevenger about this project or anything else. He is incorrect about all the members being from Ward 2. We have 3 wards that are represented. Also the Yard of the Season covers every ward not just Northgate.The next competition will be for FAll/ Halloween for every ward! The only problem we are running into is publicity, contacting all the residents. Any suggestions would be very welcome.Thank you/ Jane Quick

13:45 I wonder what are the nuances of this one. It sounds like a company is trying to put up a message on a building. They got the permission of the building owner but need permission of the city too. Im guessing this has something to do with obscenity laws. ...I think.... a person should be able to put any message or art on their own property unless it communicated a "convincing" 1 to 1, direct, imminent, threat of physical violence to a specific real person. Like a promise with a specific real persons name,location, and time. What do you, fellow you-tubers, think?

So for item 15 you are willing to boot a car for $150 unpaid parking tickets? That is insanity to me. Most states are at a higher limit at least $1k which makes sense to me. As a person who lives in this city I am highly disappointed in this decision. I understand taking action for those who dont pay but to boot someone who isnt paying $150 can make it so you wont ever get that money.

The City of Shawnee has a safe zone set up in their parking lot (reference: 13:46 in video). You could contact them on how they have created it and what all they have done. 12:58 FYI, I stopped at the Wendy's on Armour Road and Ozark and Macon Street back in June around my birthday while visiting Kansas City. Wow! It's going to be replaced with a new one. I wonder when the aging facility was first built. According to the receipts for the food I bought from that one, its location number is #2191, so I'm guessing it's probably one of the earliest locations from the early or mid 1970s back when the fast food giant was growing at the time. I tried researching on the Kansas City Star when that location's last day of business would be before it closed for a scrape and rebuild, but no article published yet.

Sound quality was very poor. Have noticed this in several of the council meetings as well.
