Things are really expensive! It's a good idea to know what types of warranties will come with new equipment and you have a company that will be around to back those warranties! Thankfully all secondary heat exchangers are being manufactured in stainless steel now!

@@allenservicetrainingvids Even with warranty on parts the price companies charge to replace is insane. Never ever get a 90% furnace as they're the most prone to rust.

@@billderby1527 Some consideration is needed prior to their purchase. Acidic condensation will forever be an issue on 90% furnaces. Its super imperative that they are installed perfectly.

@@billderby1527 When the secondary is made from stainless and furnace correctly installed and maintained, rust will not be a problem, this is particular to this defective design. condensing furnaces have been made since 1980s and are proven. the parts beyond the secondary are the same for the same feature class furnace. (stages and blower motor type) never buy a 80%'er in a climate with real winters, dumping 20% of the heat up the stack and having open flames is retarded.
