The middle one’s been there a while, and thus is a bit less frightened. The Koopa on the right is 100% a veteran, hardened over many years of service.

times like this I always think back to the super crown...ignoring the memes for moment I feel as though wearing it would mellow him/her out. Wearing it would turn a fire breathing turtle monster into a beautiful women. Though if they turn beautiful on the inside is ultimately up to them. People wouldn't be so intimidated by her if she was Bowsette instead of her original form. Bowser obviously enjoys being scary and threatening to his enemies...but that would also lead to crippling loneliness and no real friends. I'm sure theirs a certain example IRL that most people would be aware of...(Putin) You could say wearing that crown really would make Boswer come out of his shell...

Honestly I like this alternative where Luigi talks and seems to HELP bowser understand things. Imagine if this continued, where he would become nicer to his subjects, not invading lands. Like the first thing he does is he FREES those he captured in his dungeon, gives them back the land he stole, etc. Even when peach and her alliance shows up he's welcoming instead of threatening. Even apologizes, asking to just talk. No fighting, no tricks. Being all "I want to be worthy of you peach, so please help me change for the better. If even after all that you still won't marry me, then I will just have to learn to accept that."
