    Friend, do you think that the roof cage can withstand a rollover well? For the rest, the quality exceeds the price, as can be seen

    Ive had $500 Chinese compactors that vibrated apart over a summer. Awful quality, but use it for a summer & done. I did not expect to hear these excavators are adequate but you guys tried it & say they are more than decent.

    It doesn’t let me post a photo but I have the same problem at the bucket. You need to use 1/4” x 3” diameter pipe. Run it across the floor two or 3 feet inside of the bucket. At the top. It actually firms it up and becomes a very good bucket.

    If you pull two levers at the same time, the arm moves first, the boom moves later, and if you turn the right lever in the direction of 7 o'clock, the bucket moves first, and then the boom moves later. It doesn't work at the same time. How about this model?

    Love the video and the positive site to saving a few bucks on a machine. I’ve been selling name brand excavators for many many moons and I always wonder on these things but honestly don’t see the business case. Have you done the math on productivity? I can tell by your video the machine is quite slow in comparison and I’m sure your ears are ringing. But it gets the job done… Example - 6 hour job, 30% efficiency is 2 hours. 2 hours per day by your 100 day math would be 200 hours. How many additional digs can you do with 200 hours? Is that 4 weeks of projects? 5? Your payback on a productive machine could be achieved in less than one year. 10k vs 30k - 20k / 1-3 or 4 small jobs in an extra week. Productivity over cheap all day long! Good luck! BTW if I hired you to do my landscaping and you showed up with that thing that was basically the equivalent to a champion generator at a campsite… you better be the cheapest guy in town. (I think you get the picture I’m just painting it.)

    visualize all of the time saved NOT having to pick up and drop off the machine for a 100 rental cycles . Think about all of the times you raced to make rental drop off time and the times that you were late and had to pay for an extra day.

    Tracks need to be tightened! I have the exact same machine and tracks were falling of every 10min. Put grease in the grease nipple in the middle of the tracks to tighten them

  • @PressTube
    @PressTube หลายเดือนก่อน

    I have the exact same machine. Tracks fell off every 10 minutes, but you need to pump grease in the grease nipple which is on the center of the tracks. It will tighter the tracks, and haven't got that issue anymore. I also had a leaky hydraulic pump gasket, but that was solved with a new gasket. Now i have problems with the fuel filter cloggin up, but thats because there is rust in the gastank. Other then that no big issues.

    IMO there are some critical upgrades to make these things last: *Hydraulic oil filtration, many do not have a filter but they are cheap and easy enough *Cooling: either a fan or a duct for the motor's flywheel to pull in fresh outside air *Ceramic insulation for the exhaust. Fully wrapping the exhaust keeps the house temps down, which includes engine temp *Exhaust extension (if needed) to make sure exhaust is exiting fully from the house

      @MyLifeThai371 but to be fair I use it a lot moving mulch small gravel and 5-10gallon potted bushes/trees. I use the standard bucket, auger and forks the most so one can't say it's the most extreme wear and tear on it but I've never had to replace any accessory just oil and tires.

      @MyLifeThai371 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@clarkt9925 Wheels don't fall off. Undercarriages of track machines wear out. You can always find replacement tires for a machine. You cannot buy replacement tracks for these machines after a few years.
