2:35 I don't think bloomerang is based off of a real plant. There are some plants in the game that are like that. (chomper, spikerock, electric pea, perfume shroom, etc.) He does kinda look like a flower though.

So, I'm assuming you didn't include the upgraded versions of plants in the intro? Since when upgraded enough, Cabbagepult actually does AOE damage, very slight, but it is there. Also that second "plant food" sound at 3:12 sounded really similar to the dying sound ghosts in Stardew Valley make when you kill them lol

This is a boomerang plant, it's point is a plant that shoots boomerangs ahead for zombies to get hit but it comes back to the plant dealing more damage to the zombies, (this also works on gravestones) it's special is spamming boomerangs up, left, right, and down 2:26

So the "draw" of catapults in PVZ2 is that they shoot over objects like graves, ice blocks, sheep etc to hit zombies. The problem is that nearly all of the catapults do so little damage compared to the other given plants (say, boomerang or laser bean), and the mentioned examples ALSO do multi target damage, and yea. Now add in that Melon and its god tier sister Winter Melon are very high cost in a game where levels last a few minutes, never more than 5, and youll be lucky to rush a winter melon with only 5 peashooters by the time the final wave hits on the faster levels.

When I was younger, I used to think that we play as Crazy Dave since he's the only protagonist that appears on the screen (also my lack of knowledge of English) but I still love to think that we play as him talking to his imaginary friend which is his neighbour
