What $800 tickets look like at Target Field!
We flew to Minneapolis and spent $1100 on VIP seats at Target Field for my final ballpark visit of 2024. Was it worth it? See for yourself...

A few years ago we got Champions Club tickets from one of the distributors for our bar. HOLY SCHNEIKIES! We walked in and saw all this food which was 5 star quality. Kobe beef burgers. Chicken Marsala Prime rib Smoked Salmon. Then you also had your hot dogs, fries, chips. Free beer and wine until the 7th inning. We're looking at the menu wondering how mich it cost. I told my wife "Well, it's either included with the ticket or it cost so much they don't want to tell you the price." Free beer and wine until the 7th. Plus you could watch players come down and yake practice swings before their at bat. Joe Mauer was like 5 feet away. Fang, that was good.
Thanks for sharing your story! I would've loved to have seen Joe Mauer play in person.
Awesome video!
Thank you :)
Am i reading it wrong, how did 2 $800 tickets equTe to $1164.85
We can thank StubHub and the exchange rate for that: Tax $46.29 Vat $36.93 Total fees* $284.09 (includes all applicable service, delivery, and transactional fees). USD to CAD x 1.39 and you're looking at around $1600 for the tickets.
You did a great job showcasing the experience. It look like a lot of fun. I go to several games at target field each year but have never been that close to home plate. 1100.00 dollars each is a tough one to swing for me but to those who can do it I’m sure it’s great. Plus it supports the team and the staff that work the ball park. Too bad the food isn’t like a Vegas casino style buffet. Thank you for the video , I have subscribed and will check out your other ballpark videos. I love baseball…..
Thanks for the feedback and support! Baseball is the best, and the ballpark is like my church (as Leo Durocher once said). It's a special treat to experience a game behind the plate, though I'm just as happy to sit in the bleachers too.
If you do a game day ballpark tour, the tour goes thru the Champions Club and ends watching batting practice from these very same seats. Get to experience the club (minus the food) and the seats (minus the game) for a fraction of the price, if you just want to see it. Plus a tour of the press box and upper club levels among some other areas. Definitely worth it.
That's a great tip! If I were to do it again, that would be the way to go.
Looks like a status symbol and a complete waste of money!
@@velvetbear7184 Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I can see how it might come across that way, but for me, this was more about experiencing something unique and memorable.
Yeah but a ballpark is always a great place to be. BTW I'm a white sox fan lmao

Weird way to spell oracle
Haha can’t wait to visit Oracle
Yes closely followed by the pirates
Great Video! and like @mlbb6584 Camden yards is my favorite park!
my favorite ballpark in the world ❤
Great video … been to Nationals Park for games each of the last three seasons (traveling from Washington state). If you’re looking for a unique experience consider buying the batting practice passes - they only sell a limited number so it’s not too crowded - unfortunately pricing fluctuates based on opponents (so the Dodgers for example were significantly more than the Astros when I was there earlier this year).
Thank you :) I had no idea that was a thing, thanks for sharing!
Going for the first time on the 4th of July. My friend she use to live out there and is a a big Nationals fan so was in debate between Terra club or the PNC Diamond club. But after this video i definitely have to go with the Terra club
That's a great time to go. We did PNC Diamond Club last year and they're very similar experiences. Terra Club has the edge in my opinion but PNC is the superior ballpark.
post more videos like this I LOVE this angle at my favorite ballpark too
This video hit it out of the park!
WOW!!!
As someone who caught for 22 years there was never a more helpless feeling watching one of these comebackers happen
Definitely. Where did you do your catching?
