I reserve for about 12-14 families for our church camping group. I always check out your videos first before I reserve. Thank you for taking the time to do this... and thank you for the time stamps. I put those on my maps so I can reference back to your videos.
Love that you make these videos. They are our go to for trying to find great spots to camp. Thank you for taking the time to create them!
Thank you, I am glad you find them useful.
Keep up the Amazing work. Know it is and you are appreciated!!❤
Thank you I am glad you found it useful.
Thank you for this video! My father is visiting and was wondering what his spot looked like. Also, I appreciate how steady the camera was.
I am glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for posting this. Helps to see what sort of obstacles we may encounter prior to our visit.
That was the whole idea, I'm glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
Your videos are so amazing and very detailed! I pick my sites based on your videos! Thanks for taking the time to do them and for most all the parks!
Thank you, I am glad it is helpful. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for the video…it helped me a lot to know which lot number to take in the primitive area….😊👍
Very helpful! I will be returning to Hardy Lake later this month to primitive campground. BTW, for Fall 2024, they have eliminated 2 of the primitive camping sites: 154 and 157 (the two after the pit toilets) and re-numbered the rest so that 158 is now 154, 160 is now 155, 164 is now 156, 169 is now 159, for the sites inside the loop of the road 153 is now 151, 155 is now 152, and 156 is now 153. The little loop spur at the camera footage break after site 164 (now 156) has renumbered sites 157 and 158.
Thanks for the update, I am glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for the video. It is a great help.
I am glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
This was awesome, thank you for giving people a way to scope out sites before we book!
I am glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
Them snakes are what keep me from camping there
WOW, you've done a GREAT job at showing off this campsite.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Thanks. I am new at camping, and your video helped me so much. 😊👍🏽
Thank you! so helpful!!!
I'm glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for the video. Was able to check out our campsite in advance❤
I'm glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
Thank you so much for this video. Quick question how do you happy the videos? Out the vehicle or are you on an e-bike? Hubby and I want to do this for the campgrounds we stay but haven’t found a good way to shoot footage. Thanks in advance!
I’m glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching. I use one of two methods. One is my IPhone with a handheld DJI gimbal. My wife doesn’t like driving for the videos so I have window clamp I use with the gimbal so I can set it and just drive through the campground. I also have a newer camera gimbal that I use that has a magnetic mount that I can place on the roof of the vehicle to again set and drive through the campground on my own. For what you’re trying to do I’d suggest the DJI handheld gimbal for your phone.
@@robnetutube5396 we’ve been looking at a gimbal. I’ll probably try using my go pro for now. Thanks for the reply!
Thank you! Cleared up a lot of confusion!
I'm glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
This campground has become absolutely horrible.. the partiers make it loud all hours and the druggies have over run it. The management turns a blind eye.. we have stayed here twice this year(2024) was our favorite. But i refuse to stay there ever again. We used to go there no less than 15 times plus holidays during the season.. NEVER AGAIN what a shame.. i loved this park.. but i cannot watch a young person shoot up herion out in the open and nothing is done. I will not deal with the potheads sitting around smoking all day out in the open. Yes its that bad..when you say anything and it's like we are the problem. Its become bad beyond bad. We are local out of Batesville. So now we are going other places. We wont camp if this is what we are subjected too..
Hopefully our other videos will be helpful as you look for different places to camp. Thanks for watching.
Loving your videos.. thank you for sharing. Please keep up the awesome work
Thank you, I am glad you found it useful.
Thank-you
I'm glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
We stayed at site 121 over Memorial Day weekend and it was nice except for the raccoons came out every day at dusk looking for garbage. Even while we were sitting at campfire with a large dog.
Thanks for watching. I was just telling someone else, we think it's rare when we aren't visited by racoons after dark. They are fearless, just too good of food in the campground I guess.
Thank you 😊 this is invaluable information. Just curious if there are any raccoon problems at night? We quit staying at Whitewater Memorial at Brookville Lake because of it.
I'm glad you found it useful. We've been doing this since 2000 and we consider it a rare occasion to not be visited by racoons after dark. We just secure the food and shoo them away. Thanks for watching.
The belching coal power plant looks disgusting, detracting from your wonderful, thoughtful video. Was the murder there this past April actually in the park? (if you might know)
I'm glad you found it useful. Indeed there was a murder near the front entrance of the park. From what I understand it was someone from out of state, I don't believe there was any real connection to the area or the park. Certainly unfortunate. Thanks for watching.
This is an excellent video. Just what I was looking for!
Thank you so much! These videos are so helpful. Love your annotations which make it really easy to find a particular site.
I'm glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
Great video, thanks for putting this together
I'm glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
This has been invaluable!!! Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for making this content, very helpful for me!

This is awesome!

Love your vid's. Really helps to select the best available site. Hope you can do one for Lieber SRA this spring. 👍
Love these videos, it makes it so easy to pick out a good spot! Thank you!
I am glad you found them useful. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for your tour of our home state park. We live just outside of the park in the first county road. At the 7:20ish mark in your video, you have our crew in your video. That weekend there was most likely over 30 families that came together to camp all being from the Wells County Indiana area.. Our campsite was the one that was unloading the utility trailer. 67 would have been our site, but our group started back up around 57 and went past the van that had writing that says Fuel Injected Idiots. They now call themselves the BoonieBoysTV. Thanks again!!
Sounds like a lot of fun. I am glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
On a trip to Lawton you decided to check out Picher? These cities are in opposite corners of the state. Maybe 300 miles apart. But hey, glad you got to see so much of our state.
Our son is stationed at Ft Sill and we live in central IN, it is quite a trip. When I saw that Picher was so close to our route I had to take a look. I only wish that I had had more time and it had been a bit warmer.
hey! that's me on site 34! Thanks for the great tour
Thanks for watching.
So awesome of you to do this. Please do every site in existence! :-)
Thanks for watching. As I have more time I hope to expand the library.
This is awesome! Thank you so much for doing and sharing this! Had to book site unseen this time. I now know I have a sweet spot ahead of time!
Thank you, I am glad we could help.
Hiked there yesterday on a few trails and I appreciate the old pics of the ferry. Yes I subscribed. I always try to subscribe to anyone in the Kyana area. Love the history.
It is a real neat piece of history. I am glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
this was great thanks for showing the sites
I'm trying to get clear on exactly how to determine where my "spot" is because I have messed it up a couple of times and some people were nice enough to help me move camp. Say there's spot A, B, and C. Going with the flow of traffic, if I'm assigned to spot B then my space is from the electric marking B until roughly the electric marking C right?
If you are facing your site from the road, the site is the drive and the open area to the left over to the electric box. Generally it is between the electric boxes and the electric box on the right will be close to the drive.
Thank you!
This is so amazing to see. I was born in 1977 and from 2 years old until I was 18 I went to Shakamak every year. I don’t know what site number it was but we always had the same cabin on the shore of one of the lakes, I don’t recall which one.
Thank You
Remember the diving pier into the lake. I always was going to jump from that when I “grow up”😅
Very helpful. Just used your video to book a site. Thank you!
Thank you, I'm glad you found it useful.
Thanks so much for doing this video. It's so helpful to pick out a site.
Thank You I am glad you found it useful.

Thank you for your work in Videotography to help those in planning a camping trip!! because of this video, I actually went down to Paynetown Rec Area to map out some spots I will use in 2024.. Again, thank you very much sir!.. Hoobilly
Thank you, I'm glad you found it useful.
This is not an easy thing to do, and this guy is getting better and better at his craft. Thumbs up!
Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you find it useful.
A video of the shower house and bathrooms would have been nice
From a practical standpoint I see your point, however I don't want to arrested or beaten up for filming in the restroom. :) Thanks for watching.
Doing the campgrounds work here, wish they would just post photos! Great stuff and very helpful when planning a trip.
I'm glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
Thank-you for this video. It was immensely helpful for our family.
Great job! I wish everyone did videos like these for park campgrounds. Well presented.
I'm glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
I’m so grateful for the time that you take to show all these individual camp sites. You’re very much appreciated! Thank you…😄👍🏼
I'm glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching.
Not a bad campground. I don’t know how much use the non-electric side gets, but they should consider putting some electric in that part of the campground and have the rest as a tent or group camping. The pull-throughs are a nice idea, but I would prefer the electric hookup be on the side of the parking pad opposite to the “camp side”.
I have seen times when it is busy where the non-electric side fills up. It would be nice to expand the electric to that side. It's a great park and we make it there at least once a year. Thanks for watching.
