Follow Roberts Race Cars by BBB as we work and race across the southeast. We race dirt Modifieds and dirt late models at a local level with great support from the famous Zach Rushing. Come hangout with us and maybe learn a few thing as I’m sure we will learn plenty from our viewers!
Mobile International Speedway, first top 3!!
We took the 33 Outlaw Late model to Mobile international Speedway. We qualified for us and ran third with the bass and birds E&M Towing woolmarket pharmacy Outlaw car.  we are getting there on our adjustments, but still have a lot to go. Hopefully, we can get in top two by the end of the season.

Finally made it back to Mobile International Speedway with the 33 outlaw late model. We’re making small improvements here and there and we brought home our first top 5 in the outlaw division. Check out how it went!

We took our triple B outdoors Outlaw late model to Mobile international Speedway for the Easter bash the 2024 season opener. It was also my first race in the new car. We had some we had some downs didn’t finish where we wanted to and all it was a good night.

We made the haul to 5 Flags Speedway in Pensacola Florida for our first test session of 2024. The port city outlaw Late model ran really well for the first time on the track. 56th annual Snowball Derby at 5 Flags Speedway

We made our first trip to Pensacola Florida at 5 Speedway to watch the 56th annual Snowball Derby. There was plenty of thrills and spills all night long. The atmosphere was awesome with a sold out crowd. The super Late Models definitely surprised me how fast they were rolling around five flags Speedway with a bunch of hard Close Racing with multiple leaders throughout the 300 lap race.

We’ve been in the shop lately working on the port city Outlaw late model. We’ve gotten a lot done in a short amount of time getting all the running gear in it that consist of a 604 Crate motor, quartermaster bell housing and clutch assembly, and a Jericho transmission. Check out the video and see what all we’ve accomplished and let us know how we’re doing and give us some tips if needed.

We brought the 38 dirt modified to Hattiesburg Speedway and tried all our new components. The car was much better had good forward drive, good side bite, but I’ll be dang for all the bad luck We have. check out the video and see how the MB custom did on our Sneaky Horse pull bar.

I found something out about Black diamond if you put your rear end in full droop your shock mount makes the shape of a J so at the extended part of the top of the curve of the J you take the drive shaft put it at 0° which is under acceleration then you have to go and measure your smash numbers then you have to go to the rights rear and measure your smash numbers then you can get a corrected ride height for your setup and your springs That means your fifth arm is disconnected so that you will be in continual droop That way you get maximum four-wheel drive without blowing the tires off

Wpuld love to see a non winged 410 race there.. i started racing at sunny sputh when i was 10 bacl in 02 and they ran super trucks pro latemodel few super late races modifieds old atyle miji stock class i ran in with a mustang 4 cylinder as my forst eber racecar, they also ran.bombers sportsman legends and bandos and stingers every friday night they ran most of those classes except super lates and pro lates only ran a few times a season rest of the cara ran full time and the modifieds was a beast of a class to watch run there. Fast-forward many years i got to race my super stock there whoch was a balst with a 510 hp limited latemodel basically is what it was with a metric chassis and that was a handful ckuldnt imagibe a 410 spront there
That would be great to get initial setup that can compete with top 10 runners. Then you can learn to adjust your car that's great

After you set your rear numbers and bolt them on. Your fronts change if you checked again?
If you think about it when using a load stick, it only reads when the corner is off the ground so as long as you don’t change your center to center measurement, it won’t change no matter what you do but if it’s on the scales, of course it will change if you put rounds in any corner, they all move.

So am i setting the rear ride height by adjusting the lenght of the chain on the right side with the rear shocks and sping slider unhooked?
How do you adjust ride heights without the car sitting on the ground on all 4 springs?
