Hi, it is not supposed to arc by itself. You need 2 antennas and the person sits in between 2 antennas. That's not lakhovski machine. they used tesla coil and connected 2 electrodes close to each other. that's why it is arcing. You need to add one more antenna and and your second antenna is the ground. to test by holding any metallic object while running if it starts to arc about 10 cm away that's a good working machine. 2 antennas should be placed left and right side of a plastic chair. no arcing while running. estimated voltage is around 120.000 volt. primary coil starts with 10.000v then using spark gap multiplies.
