Hi Jody, I wanted to tell you that I was able to get my splinter out. Thank you for praying. I put a Band-Aid with some neosporn, and just let it right. Sit there for a few days and it finally wiggled its way out. I was so happy.

I can relate have had my grandfather pass had dementia a d my aunt a great grandmother and now my mom she is still doing ok but declining slowly right now i pray it goes slow . I pray for you and your mom
So if you go back and look, there's AA series of videos that go with this and it shows from the beginning to the end, the videos got a little mixed up on how long it took each one to download. I'm so sorry about that, but this was fresh. Vegetables in an air fryer, very good stuff.
It is really good, you know. I just I have to eat more healthy now and I just, you know, learned how to do this on my own. It isn't something I found in a book or anything but I just get the vegetables that are the best for my nutrition. You know, for my protein for my vitamins and everything? Because I don't take supplements. So I eat a lot of vegetables that have the supplements I need in it. Works pretty good.
