2 Irresistibly Delicious Desserts!
Hello everyone! The 1st of August 2024 marked three years of this channel. I thank you all wholeheartedly for the long-standing love and support❤️❤️. Let's start this month of 'Friendship', on a sweet note. Today let's make two super easy, irresistibly delicious, baked dessert recipes. What's your favourite dessert? Please let me know in your comments below.
1. Caramel Banana Pudding, Flan | With & Without Oven
This caramel banana pudding is a foolproof recipe. Anyone can easily make it by following the instructions. It needs only 5 basic ingredients, which are readily available at home. The buttery, silky, texture of this pudding will melt in your mouth and leave you asking for more! In this video, I've shown how to make this pudding in an oven, and also how to steam it over a stove top / hob. I'm sure you'll love it.
Ingredients and quantity given below:
▼ Ingredients for the caramel
1. Sugar - 80 grams (1/3ᵗʰ cup)
2. Water - 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
▼ Ingredients for the pudding
1. Bananas - 2 medium (ripe - not overripe)
2. Milk - 250 ml
3. Heavy Cream/ Fresh cream - 50 ml
4. Eggs - 3 numbers
5. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
6. Sugar - 15 grams (1 tbsp) optional
2. Apple Crumble | Easy Homemade Dessert
The second recipe is a delicious homemade apple crumble, overloaded with flavours of cinnamon, nutmeg, clementine and cranberries. The clementine zest and juice in the recipe can be replaced with lemon zest and juice. Serve it warm right out of the oven, with vanilla custard, ice cream, clotted cream or vanilla whipped cream. It's really easy to scale up/ make a big batch of this apple crumble recipe to feed a crowd. This will certainly be one of the best and easiest desserts you've ever made.

You make it look easy, but its hard for me to make 🤣 Melt the sugar into caramel, add lots of cream, check the readiness with a skewer, cut out carefully from the pan and flip.
