Hi Liz, thanks for the great video. I have a question which curiously I cannot find an answer for anywhere- Does Copilot for Microsoft 365 have a word limit for the documents that it produces? I cannot seem to make the normal version produce more than 500 words or so when responding to prompts, even when I specifically instruct it to produce more.. Thanks in advance!

Currently, I use Chat GPT and Grammerly. Grammarly cleans up the grammar from Chat GPT. Do you think Copilot is better at grammar than Chat GPT? I wondering if I can get rid of Grammarly with CoPilot.
has anyone actually seen this product?
How do you change it to be expense only - not time? I spent forever with the online help and they were soooo confused by the question. Also if someone submits it using the app does it ever leave the app or report that its been reimbursed? The QBO Canada folks seem kinda clueless.
What irritates me is that I can't figure out where to go to update information with Melio as it's somehow connected to my QuickBooks Desktop app. When I log into the shitshow that is Intuit's website, all I can really see (with great effort and searching) is my old QuickBooks Online account I hated and cancelled, another one with the same exact company name for my QBD subscription, and something called QuickBooks Bill Pay which seems to be their own internal processor. Why in the hell does Intuit name stuff with similar or exactly the same names? And it's not just me, when I called their support peeps, they also were unable to successfully navigate their own ecosystem to help answer my questions about what's what. The main problem I have is when Melio pays a vendor, they have the wrong company name showing up on the vendor's bank account and I see no place to change it.
Before, I could see all the check images in the attachment box after recording the transaction from the bank feed window, either deposit or vendor checks. However, now, the check image is no longer visible in the attachment box. Instead, under the attachment box, there is a link "show existing," once you click on the link, a full list of check images will pop up, and you can add it to the attachment box per customer or vendor. The downside is that you have to download the image to see the check details, unlike how you can view the check image from the bank feed window. This is also doubling the work.
How is this better than setting up bill pay in a bank?
The QB Bill Pay is not a win for me. Melio delivers a lot faster (3 days vs 6 to 7 with QB Bill Pay), and it looks like it costs me more. I will stick with Melio even though it's an extra step now to log into their website.
I'm interested to know if this process will be more efficient than the current system with Melio. It seems like Melio benefits significantly from the float for checks. Additionally, I'm curious if the transactions will still be labeled as originating from QuickBooks on the envelope, as I would prefer a clearer indication that it is coming directly from my business.
As the other commenter asked... How can I add existing customers (with open invoices) to the business network?

The last email I received on 8/17 seems to indicate Billpay powered by Bill was going away but not Melio Hi, You recently received an email regarding the discontinuation of Bill Pay powered by BILL in QuickBooks on September 19. This experience is also known as “Bill Pay for QuickBooks Online” in the QuickBooks App Marketplace. We’d like to share additional details on this integration and what to expect during this transition for your client(s). On September 19, BILL will cancel all upcoming payments and scheduled recurring payments in your client’s Bill Pay powered by BILL solution within QuickBooks, unless your client created a personal BILL account. The great news is they can begin paying bills through QuickBooks right away because the contact information for vendors, including legal name, address, and phone, syncs instantly with QuickBooks Online. Information about past bills that your client has paid are also synced and available in QuickBooks. While the BILL integration will no longer be available in QuickBooks Online on September 19, we have a new solution for some of your client(s): QuickBooks Bill Pay. QuickBooks Bill Pay is a seamless, all-in-one solution that allows your client(s) to record invoices, schedule payments in advance, and automatically reconcile them online. If your clients are eligible for early access to QuickBooks Bill Pay, they will receive an email with a sign up link. Otherwise, your clients may get access to QuickBooks Bill Pay later this year. Clients whose QuickBooks Online subscriptions are paid by you through the ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing Program will receive an email directly from us with the steps needed to sign up for Bill Pay powered by Melio. Please refer to this help article to view the exact steps shared with your client(s). Starting September 19, your client(s) won’t be able to access Bill Pay powered by BILL by clicking on “Pay Bills Online” in QuickBooks. Instead, if they are creating a new bill they can click on “Save and Schedule”or for an existing bill, click on “Schedule Payments”. At this point, they can sign up for the available Bill Pay solution offered by QuickBooks - either QuickBooks Bill Pay or .... Bill Pay powered by Melio. (This seems to indicate Melio Billpay will be available?) We’re committed to keeping our ecosystem open for integrations. Your clients can continue to sync apps, including BILL, via the QuickBooks App Marketplace. What should my clients do if they want to switch from the BILL integration before Sept 19? As noted above, not all customers will have early access. If your client(s) received an email notifying them that they have early access to an integrated Bill Pay solution in QuickBooks and want to start using that solution before September 19, they can follow these steps to get started: 1. Cancel all scheduled or recurring bill payments that are marked as “Send on” (withdrawn from your account) for the next week. Cancel upcoming payments here or by navigating to Pay Bills Online. Note: If your client(s) have a payment in process (on its way to a vendor or contractor), they will not be able to cancel that payment, nor cancel their BILL subscription in QuickBooks (step 2) until the payment is delivered. 2. Cancel the Bill Pay powered by BILL subscription in QuickBooks. Click on this link and then select “Bill Pay”, then “Cancel Subscription” or “Cancel Trial”. Note: Only future payments scheduled in the BILL integration within QuickBooks will automatically be canceled when your client cancels their BILL subscription in QuickBooks. 3. Sign Up for either QuickBooks Bill Pay or Bill Pay powered by Melio! First, your client will need to refresh their browser. Then, create a bill and click on “Save and Schedule”. This will begin the sign-up process for the bill payment solution that is currently available to them in QuickBooks. Note: Customers who were invited to join QuickBooks Bill Pay will receive a direct link where they can sign up. How do I ensure I have the latest information for these changes to Bill Pay in QuickBooks? We will provide more details on all transitions, migrations and launches impacting Bill Pay within QuickBooks throughout this fall and winter. How can I add exisiting customers to the business network?
Im having a huge problem where my contacts from quickbooks goes to mailchimp with no problem. However, all my contacts from mailchimp doesnt go to quickbooks. and after 6h with quickbooks support and 3 hours with mailchimp support... no solution was made. Why have both in a integration that is not integrated.... I have been on this issue for more than 30h and it has been frustrating. Any help anyone?? Thank you!!!

I connect chase and BofA non of them shows this automated check image. Can you tell us which bank does it or is it the subscription level?
At this time Intuit has not released a list of which banks do or do not allow for Bank Feed Check Image Importing
From all my 50 clients, I can confirm that only Wells Fargo has the check image option.

Hi Kim! The Bank feed check image importing feature is always on. The question has your back enabled the data to be exported to QuickBooks Online for importing to your bank feed.
@@lizscottqbo Of all the various banks my clients work with, I only have one that downloads the check images. Do we need to ask the bank to enable this?

Hi! Yes, all subscription levels of QuickBooks Online do include Bank feed check image importing feature but at this time not all bank have authorized the export of images yet.
