Ce mois-ci il fait deux sorties de route d’un coup :
en s’accidentant avec sa moto Triumph, il vient de quitter à jamais le monde du folk.
Il ne montera plus sur scène pendant 8 ans.
Dans le plus grand secret avec ses amis du Band, ils vont s’enfermer dans le sous-sol d’une maison au milieu des bois et pendant des mois, ils vont procéder à un retour aux sources de la musique américaine, celle des migrants, des laissés pour compte et des trains de marchandise.
Bob Dylan’s Basement Tapes vous présentent ces chansons pirates, restées dans le mystère des coffres pendant des décennies.
Bientôt un concert mis en récit et en images, voici pour l’instant les chansons telles qu’en elles-mêmes, interprétées lors d’un concert à la Péniche Lapin Vert à Joinville-le-Pont le 9 novembre 2024.

July 1966, Bob Dylan is 25 years old.
This month he's out of the road two times at once : an accident with his Triumph motorcycle has him leave the world of folk for ever. He will not go on stage again for 8 years.
In the greatest secrecy with his friends from The Band, they will lock themselves in the basement of a house in the middle of the woods. For months, they will return to the roots of American music, that of migrants, the abandoned-ones and the freight trains.
Bob Dylan’s Basement Tapes presents these pirate songs, remained in the mystery of the vaults for decades.
Soon a concert put into story-telling and images, here for the moment are the songs as they are, performed during a concert at the Péniche Lapin Vert in Joinville-le-Pont on November 9, 2024.
