Would you put any silicone as a finish? So water doesn’t seep underneath when cleaning ?

The finish looks great - Any issues with tiling directly on to the paint?

If you wasn’t tiling over the top of that arch what would you use to infill the gap above lining? Wood blocking fixed/adhesive then plaster board? Thanks

Looks lots better with a door rather than an arch, was it a "can you just" from the customer or was it planned from the start? Btw what brand was the flooring you laid looks like it goes down good. All the best 👍

Always interesting to see how others do things the setup with the blocks and clamps to scribe that top infill would make for a good video on its own, I use those uscribe jigs but like your method. Have a great weekend 👍
