Hey man, it's my first wipe as well. I started playing a few months ago and I just wanted to drop a few tips that might be of use based on what I saw in the video. When you're in restaurant, you're CMSing (doing surgery) prone in front of the the windows/doors. Since that animation takes quite a bit of time, you'll want to get into a better position prior to initiating the surgery. Additionally, the animation blocks you from moving, and there's a bit of time once you get out of prone before you can shoot. When you have a bleed, use either the army bandage (light bleed) or Esmarch/Hemostat Tourniquet/CALOK-B (heavy bleed) to take care of that rather than using a medkit of some variety. Heavy bleeds take a LARGE amount of HP resource out of the actual med kit, so you'll tear through them pretty quick if you're using them for heavy. Light bleeds are fine to take care of with the med kit, but preferably you'd use a bandage to save actual heals. You can bind heavy and light bleeds to the same key. I have a video on my youtube channel that is what I learned as a newer player and it goes over how to set this up. If you're playing PVP at some point, you'll want to focus on stopping sprinting by hitting shift if it's on press rather than continuous. Stopping running by releasing W is an extremely loud skidding noise. Other players will hear this and either think you're an AI scav, or new player. This can potentially lead to you getting pushed by them. Put your leans on your mouse if you have side buttons. This will allow you to move and lean simultaneously. I saw a couple of instances where you were engaging scavs with your full body exposed. A couple of hits to the thorax (even just one since you have low level armor) can be an instant death against even moderately strong ammo. Don't always re-peek immediately after getting shot. Sometimes waiting a second or repositioning can be a huge advantage. When repositioning or running through the open, pop a painkiller (Analgin/Ibuprofen/Vaseline/Golden Star) so that if your legs get blacked out you can keep running. Pay attention to the attributes of each food you eat. Some will dehydrate you which can be just as bad as being without energy. If you have something that's going to dehydrate you and you're low on energy AND hydration, eat the food and then drink immediately after. If your hydration drops to zero for a second you'll still be fine, but it cannot go lower than zero. Utilize the freelook ability so you can see where you're getting shot at from while you're moving without needing to stop. Default keybind is pressing down on mouse wheel.
