Hi, I am Michael Parajón (MrVelocity) and my brother is Gabriel Parajón (Rocketman). We are both cross country cyclists and pianists.

Super Fast and Flowy! (FSC No. 7, Caloosahatchee)

I did the FSC race number 7 at the Caloosahatchee Regional State Park in Alva Florida. It is a fun course with lots of turns, many steep climbs and descents, and hard packed trails. Unfortunately, I didn’t sleep well the night before and I developed a cold the morning of, so this race was harder than usual. This race called for some tactics and energy to survive. I RAISED my FTP by 42 Watts in 15 DAYS

Taking an FTP Test (Cycling Test)

I did the dreaded FTP test, which is a test to determine your FTP. This is a very hard test that can be 20 minutes or an hour. There are more ways but I did the 20 minute test. Plz Subscribe :)
HOW I got my FIRST EVER WIN!! (FLE Croom Crusher)

This is the final round of the FLE endurance series (Croom Crusher) at Withlacoochee State Forest in Florida. After three years of racing, I finally got my first ever solo win on this 27 mile course of sand and heat.

We tested our cornering skills doing as many miles as we could around a green loop at our local bike park, Balm Boyette Scrub Nature Preserve near Tampa, Fl. These greens are almost completely made of turns for about 6 miles. The only way to get fast is practice. So that’s what we did. Plz subscribe :)

This is Base 19-39, correct? I recognize a few of them in there. I messed up a thousand corners in my race (Sport class). Not blowing up is the hardest part of racing. BTW, is this a Gopro or Insta360 and what setting are you using. It looks fast, not sure if it's the Extra Wide lens view or the FPS. Either way, nice video!
@@MigsMTB correct I did the base 19-39. I use a GoPro Hero 12 and I have been experimenting with different FOVs. This video I used the hyperview, but I feel like the video is not as clear as the superview. It’s definitely the wider FOV that makes it look fast. And I use 30FPS.

@@Bob_Shy_132I (Rocketman) would say I’m a beginner at racing and race tactics. We raced two years in NICA and this is our second FSC race.

Wow!!! That is most certainly a bucket lister! I cannot believe there were no wipe outs. Amazing experience! The trail is a monster. It never lets up and so close to the edge of the canyon. Endurance, nerves, skills and equipment of steel needed for that journey. You guys a warriors man! Nicely done and Congratulations!!!
