Based in Guildford, Surrey we supply and install the latest liquid screed solutions to the whole of the South East.
We are an approved manufacturer for Cemfloor and Gypsol and using our state of art batching trucks we are able to supply a consistent quality assured mix design of environmentally friendly cement based liquid flow screed for every screed installation.
Our screeds are perfectly paired with underfloor heating and we offer a range of products ranging from fast drying screeds to thin levelling screeds which go down to 15mm.
Our cement based flowing screeds can be used on all floor applications including loft conversions and timber joists to allow wet under floor heating to be enjoyed by all.

Best just staple polythene over windows
Can you lay this with some windows not fitted on site ? I read somewhere that shouldn’t have drafts for 24-48 hrs. I’ve got one going in on my newbuild next week that’s all
Hi Miles thanks for your comment. The unit does need to be sealed to protect the screed from weather elements. If you are able to cover the windows securely then this will suffice- your screeders will advise you on this as part of the aftercare.
He doesn’t need to be in there pushing it around 😂all he’s doing is getting it up the walls where it’s not wanted 😂
Hi thanks for your comment! So with this type of screed, whilst it is "self levelling" it still requires proper installation. Our team uses tools to tamper and dapple the screed which ensures an even distribution of the screed, as well as achieving a smooth and level finish (you may have seen this process in our other videos). On this project, the walls had SBR applied to them so the screed would not be absorbed should it be splashed!

Always fill the coils first! If you don’t the will float to the top of the pour.
That's correct all UFH pipes must be commissioned prior to screed installation as a standard practice :)
