It is designed to assess your personality,,, so make sure you always write the sentences that can reflect your personality not factual or not mostly used sentences. For example. The word is 'Fear' I write Solve problems with courage, don't fear. This sentence reflects that you are courageous you do not like fear.... The Army always wants courageous persons.... All in all you have to focus on leadership, courageousness, team-work and such other qualities that are needed for an army officer. Got it ?
