Heyy love the sound of ur voice you'd do great at asmr but I was wondering what does 75 hard mean?
it’s like a discipline challenge, where for 75 days you’re supposed to stick to some pretty strict rules like 2 workouts a day, eating healthy, drinking a gallon of water, etc! we altered some of the rules though which i think is considered “75 soft” :)
