I've walked past that restaurant countless times but have not ever been inside. The welcome looks rather gimmicky. The food doesn't seem particularly "shinshu".

サンライズ号が人気の理由はたくさんあると思うけど、 私は停車中に見える部屋を照らす暖色系の明かりが大好きです🥰 白系が多いホームや駅構内の照明には無い何ともいえない柔らかで温かい部屋の雰囲気…… 雑踏のホームとたったガラス一枚隔てただけで、まるで別世界のような素敵な個室 過去に女子３人で旅行のときに３回乗車してます！（出雲２回瀬戸１回） シングル３つでバラバラだったけど楽しかったなァ🤣 でももう誕生して２５年…そろそろ後継車の話題があってもいいはずだけど…😥

This seems like my cup of tea. Some foods look absolutely delicious although not familiar, but others I as a humble South African will have to gather up some courage to try... It's interesting how different the Buffet in Japan is to the Buffet we have in SA.
