Litigation Fundamentals | Answering the Complaint in Georgia Courts
Presented by Henry Quillian, Litigation Fundamentals spotlights procedural and technical considerations to maximize client value while avoiding malpractice and do-overs. Videos explore civil procedure and court requirements from Uniform Superior Court Rules and Standing Orders while addressing reaching long-term goals, defraying costs and shifting risks.
Featuring seasoned thought leaders, these video tutorials highlight parts of the litigation journey, occasionally drilling down for strategic moves and case considerations. Creator Henry M. Quillian III reminds viewers to read the rules with the goal of providing attorneys and paralegals with valuable information that they can regularly use to benefit their clients.
In his latest presentation, Quillian discusses Service of Process in Georgia on corporations and other entities that are not individual people and, probably, zany efforts to get the papers in the appropriate person’s hands. Moreover, he discusses the requirements of an Answer to a Complaint in Georgia.
