Litigation Fundamentals | Answering the Complaint in Georgia Courts
Presented by Henry Quillian, Litigation Fundamentals spotlights procedural and technical considerations to maximize client value while avoiding malpractice and do-overs. Videos explore civil procedure and court requirements from Uniform Superior Court Rules and Standing Orders while addressing reaching long-term goals, defraying costs and shifting risks.
Featuring seasoned thought leaders, these video tutorials highlight parts of the litigation journey, occasionally drilling down for strategic moves and case considerations. Creator Henry M. Quillian III reminds viewers to read the rules with the goal of providing attorneys and paralegals with valuable information that they can regularly use to benefit their clients.
In his latest presentation, Quillian discusses Service of Process in Georgia on corporations and other entities that are not individual people and, probably, zany efforts to get the papers in the appropriate person’s hands. Moreover, he discusses the requirements of an Answer to a Complaint in Georgia.

    Now, there is a trick n the tree resting above: many times when arresting officers make claims of a [charge], there is an assumed statement of facts, one that supports the officers duty to attorn; when u read any piece of paper that appears in propria persona, too be credible- it must read: stated true, correct, certain, complete, and not misleading under penalty of perjury. Study the things that has yet to be explained.

    Lately: it is a common res that all attorneys evade filing affidavits of facts, being there is no facts amongst fiction in a corporate court of moving vessels😊

  • @JceanHarris
    @JceanHarris หลายเดือนก่อน

    And whenever one submit a complaint alleging facts - it is most profitable to attach an Affidavit in support of those facts, if your claim is rooted on facts and not solely based hearsay.

    Why aren’t u teaching one how to properly appear? I do believe it’s more egregious that one lack the Law when the production of law becomes broad by an Attorning officer of the court - such as yourself..

    These rules are just a way to keep people away from their 7th amendment right to be in front of a a jury. There are tons of shotgun criminal cases brought by police and prosecutors what are factual evidence. The architects of the Constitution says due process of law not due process of court rules 😕

      This is nothing but a legal hustle to keep you away from a jury of your peers. There are no statute codes and rules at common law along with case law is to jury's decision. The jury is the determine the facts and the judge is to determine what the law is. Motion to dismiss and summary judgment should be up to a jury.
