I would like to see you highlight more on the community surroundings of this hotel especially the Green Island High school which is literally right across from this huge luxury Gigantic resort. The fact that something so Luxurious is in a community where much is in need of upgrade especially the educational institution that educate jamaica future generation

Thanks for giving me a tour of this magnificent resort. I plan to book it very soon so I am wondering if I reserve one of those villas do the hotel provide some form of transportation to and from those villas to other locations on the property because that look like a far walk from all the activities

Bro, which drone are you using?

Jamaica is not South America. It does not have the resources to support such roadway.

The road from Montego Bay to Negril needs to be completely re surfaced. The patching of small areas only adds to the problem, as the work is never done to any acceptable standard. Travelling from Montego Bay to Negril should be completed within two hours instead of four to five hours. The authorities should be focused on fixing the road instead of the proposed new airport in Negril. A pot hole free road would be beneficial to both locals and tourists. Jamaica has three international airports. Why do we need another???.

Cranes

This bridge (and its roadway) is too narrow and will soon become congested as the areas around the Mobay bypass become densely urbanized...it should be built in a flexible way (with wide soft shoulders) to accommodate future expansion to six lanes (inclusive of two High Occupancy Vehicle/HOV lanes so as to accommodate emergency vehicles/bus/taxi traffic).... Such shortsightedness will be extremely costly going forward...

The lack of maintenance of the roads in Jamaica is seriously getting out of control now. The government is doing nothing, it's like people have to block road before they think it's time to do their work and fix the road I've never wanted to migrate before, but now just the condition of the roads alone make me want to migrate. Every inch of Linstead roads terrible and I mean literally every inch of every road.

Too bad so much of it was built on landfill. Garbage.

You are quite right sir. Reconstructing that whole water-logged stretch using concrete would cost far less than the cost of the productivity loss caused by the traffic standstill being presently experienced.

Very nice my friend. When will you visit Unico in Lilliput again. Your last vlog of that hotel showed that they were clearing the land for another development to the west. Curious to see how that has progressed as well as any intel on what will actully be built there. Looks like enough land for two or three more hotels. Really impressive what is going on in Mobay right now. Thanks again for sharing! I know this takes time and effort, not to mention funds. We in the diaspora truly appreciate what you do.
