Ghana Becomes 5th African Country to Implement Visa-Free Travel for Africans
🌍 Ghana Becomes 5th African Country to Implement Visa-Free Travel for Africans 🌍
In a monumental decision, Ghana has joined Rwanda, Seychelles, The Gambia, and Benin as the 5th African country to grant visa-free entry to all African passport holders. This policy, approved on December 18, 2024, and set to take effect in early 2025, represents a significant step toward Pan-African unity and regional integration under the African Union's vision.
🔗 Ghana’s new visa-free policy not only facilitates seamless travel but also supports initiatives like the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and the "Beyond the Return" campaign, which boosts tourism and economic ties with the African diaspora.
However, challenges remain as many African nations still impose restrictive visa policies, highlighting the need for continent-wide progress. Ghana’s groundbreaking move is a shining example of how visa policies can foster trade, tourism, and cultural exchange, paving the way for a more connected and prosperous Africa.

Is it my imagination or is that pipeline twice as big around as the other ones from around the world? It looks like they’re really gonna be sucking oil out of Africa on a grand scale.
Your volume is very ..very low brother ..try to work on that
Thanks for making us great again. God bless you Mr. President Nana Addo Akufo 👍👍
Neato, very good video for studying, i like the simplicity
What I find fault is, can you enter their country with the same interest and intentions 🤔
The dream of Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah of Ghana is now becoming a reality. As a hardcore Nkrumahist l can see this reality coming through the unification of African continental free trade and the formation of the UNITED STATES OF AFRICA with one strong AFRICAN ARMED FORCES that will fight colonialism and neo-colonialism and foreign aggression against our culture, traditions and believes.
I think comparing the two african sister countries spot on. Africa needs a voice to move it towards the centre after a ling time. South Africa was isolated due to apartheid while Nigeria was there all along. South Africa headed AU, now G20, CAF in football, challenged Israel at ICJ, member of BRICS. If Nigeria was capable, surely it could've at least leading one international body. The size if the population may not necessarily mean greatness. But let's hope one day it will have a functional government to reach its potential because Africa need voices.
They are colonizers too.
😂😂 cry
For quality delivery, it may span up to 15 years. What then when there's no continuity due to political instability?
Great
FANTASTIC INITIATIVE INDEED!
I tell my parents to only buy tea from Sri Lanka to avoid funding neocolonialism
They are favoured by the government more than the indegenous Ugandans. They don't pay taxes dusguising as foreign investors
Thanks for this video.. I am subscribing away
This road still dey within lekki lagos..na waa
I swear i wonder if it will pass this axis
To build a road in wetlands and swampy area is difficult this was why all government since the days of obasanjo has shy away from it
@samuelsamuel9176 it has also gotten to ogun and ondo boarder of lagos, the swamp is been fill and will be allowed to settle before stone base
@@olusojifabuda2143Ondo state haven’t began oooh They said Ondo will start in this year
Wow! I like the idea of planting trees along the highway.
Thank you for sharing and inspiring fellow travelers like myself! Check out my recent trip to Monocco, Senegal, and The Gambia on my new TH-cam channel. Take good care. Be safe.
I will believe in this project when it reaches Edo State. Then I will trust what they are saying.
I need everyone else to follow suit. A borderless Africa for all Africans!
Well said.
Some of us we are good until other African countries take accountability of their people
Thanks for this info. I will surely add Ghana to my Christmas 2025 experience in the region. I will go to Ghana 🇬🇭 and Nigeria🇳🇬 Thank you friend. ❤ Happy 2025 in advance 🥳🤩🎉😇
Happy 2025

Donga is about 58km from wukari. Great video
That’s absurd. We are not happy with this at all At least they should not include NigeriA
Visa free to visit is not the same as living permanently or working. Personally I believe it is a good thing. The people who drew the borders for Africa while they have border they do not stop free movement in their continent. If you hold passport of any of the European countries you can travel freely to any European country. However, if you need to take up employment or live permanetly you will need to apply fro a different permit. Infact in Europe the countries in the same association like EECA etc even enjoy benefits like freely take up work in the member country. So, why is Africa having unnecessary restrictions for their citizens. And border control is another thing whereby visiting without visa doesn't mean your passport won't be checked at the airport, land or sea border. Speaking about Nigeria, it's unnecessary narrative and uncalled for. We are all brothers and sisters. One Africa.
@ okay okay then you need to check the disadvantage of it. I know the disadvantage so I know what I am talking about.
@ what are the disadvantages? Currently ECOWAS members have freedom of movement. For West African countries it doesn’t change anything. The 3 Sahel States are likely to leave ECOWAS in January but I think the free movement likely to be retained for them. Which countries outside ECOWAS will come and live in Ghana illegally? Feel free to discuss the disadvantages. We are all learning.
Stop playing .
Mumu ,do a Nigerian even need a passport to enter common ghana before now, your visa free access doesn't concern Nigerians ,but your gov are targeting others to come in to revive your ghana collapsed economy that is always falling on debt default and imf bailout
"Millions" of nigerian will want to live nigeria Because. "Millions" of nigerian nationwide(Especially Youths) don't have a job Nationwide in nigeria here, Many nigerian are still living in there Families house because. Some nigerian are still living in there Parents houses while some nigerian are still living in there Uncle's Houses while some nigerian are still living in there Aunties Houses and Some nigerian are still living in there Grandma's or Grandparents House. "Poverty" is to much in nigeria here Nationwide. The only "Dirty jobs" that i can say is very common in nigeria here is - Yahoo Yahoo work. Yahoo(means Scammers, 419, Internet Fraudsters) - Kidnapping jobs - money rituals jobs E.t.c And there is not even 24/7 Light everyday in nigeria here Nationwide. And nigeria has bad roads nationwide nigeria can never become a developing/Developed Countries like others Developed Countries in the world. We still have a very Longest way to go in nigeria here Because in the next 1000 years or 5000 years nigeria can never be a developing country nigeria is not a country but nigeria just looks like a Graveyard. China Started Developing there Country 2006 in 2015 China is a Developed Country now we are in 2024 China is over Developed. Some Developed Countries started Developing there Country in 1990 we are in 2024 now those Countries are over Developed. That why me i can't blame those nigerian or any nigerian that want to "Japa" nothing is working in nigeria
It will help replenishment and possibly more beneficial potentiality positive ways on all resources specifically Arises researching responsibilities and databases.
Come on make it happen
Somewhere on the highway there will have to be a cross-over, because in Egypt they drive on the right side of the road and in most of Southern Africa they drive on the left side.
Good point. Thanks for the insightful comment. Your comment prompt me to go and look at African countries by the side they drive. The summary is majority of Former British colonies drive drive on the left side. This means majority of countries in the south and east which are majorly Former British colonies drive on the left. Countries like Ghana, Nigeria and Sierra Leone while Former British colonies. However, they had a lot of French colonies bordering them which influenced their decisions to change switch to driving on the right.
U fools talk as if we all don't know that black south Africans contributed nothing to the development of South Africa 😂😂..
Most of them are business minded people like the chinese
Pk but the people living there suck, rude unfriendly
Nice
Go get the new gold coins
Good initiative
Wonderful ❤
That's a cool investment there
The future of Ghana economy
Do you require a transit visa to fly on Air France Lagos to Birmingham leg?
I need to be part of the investment... A great investment
I honestly think South Africa should be compared to countries like Morrocco, Egypt etc. A great part of Nigeria is very behind with everything
Over a million Nigerians live in South Africa

The southeast is being shortchanged.. No major national projects since the end of the war!!.
Cheers!!
We don't need this in SA
IF it is built, as it would be built from ground up... New... why not include a High Speed Railway and Regional Railway Tracks through the centre or adjacent to the TAH?? Building a highway for cars and lorries that will be out of petrol in under a generation... and failing to build a Railway (electrified) ... is the Yank way to build. Get China to build it! It would then include Railways.
Get ready for more unrest. You fix your communities first before uniting a dysfunctional continent.
hope there is no corruption occured during the construction of this project, a massive boost of course for africa
Very informative. Thank you!
💪🏿 Absolutely Needed.👍🏿
This is so explicit, but is there any idea on how to get funding for start ups?
