DEN Go-Around - United 757-300
มุมมอง 520หลายเดือนก่อน
Due to spacing issues with the aircraft in front of us, the United 757-300 from Chicago performed S-turns on final approach to Denver. A go-around was eventually executed before a second uneventful approach and landing. The S-turns begin just after the 1:30 mark with the go-around at 3:30. Crew explanation and update are at 6:45. Kudos to the professional crew for the safe flight!

Great sound after rotate
It is impossible to fully appreciate the engineering achievement that the wing of an airliner represents. Humanity can do good work when it wants to.
Max 8 and 9 are both great aircraft. Can't wait on Max 10.
Great video Matt. I had flown on UA B747-400 from LAX to Kai Tak in the summer of 1993. Longer flight to Hong Kong from LAX
Baerie❤😂
I flew on an alaska one
What seat were you in and when was this filmed?
I was in seat 15F and it was filmed last Saturday, June 8.
Not 18,000. You would’ve needed supplemental oxygen. Looks like 12, maybe 13.
NO COPYRIGHT!!!
Best off luck

Thank you for sharing. It's interesting to locate various familiar landmarks. 😊
Awesome video! Would you be okay with me featuring the discontinued approach in my series Weekly Dose of Aviation? Of course you will be credited both in the video and in the description. Thanks!
Yes that’s fine. Thanks.
th-cam.com/video/XYdiRyJ0az0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=6AMbDxJFSfujYSGu @lucaas you may have seen this video from a few days ago with an actual last minute go-around.
Top 767 😊
How did you get to join the delivery flight? That's so awesome
Thanks! It was done as part one of several recognitions events for employees across the system.
Great video Matt. Max 9 was a great plane. I live in Everett and just traveler fly from Paine Field. I had flown on UA new Max 9 from LAS to DEN on 5 months ago and new Max 8 from IAH to SEA same month of May. During the flight from IAH to SEA, pilot forgot to turn off landing light at 34,000 ft cruising attitude lol. Anyway, hope you all good. Are you plan to travel on a new Max 10?
Thanks! Glad you’ve been able to fly the new planes too. Yes I’m looking forward to flying the new Max 10s. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer of a wait!
Nice video!
Love it!
Amazing departure footage!
My wife's great uncle lived in Pacific Beach just north of San Diego. His house was just south of Kate Sessions Park on a hill over looking the Pacific Ocean. A small house he had built in the early 1960's (original owner). That house would sell for less than $200,000 here in northern Wisconsin. He passed away a few years ago and his estate sold the house for $1.3 million dollars.
I always try to choose the MAX when flying out of SAN
rain or shine, landing in san diego is ALWAYS a treat. east county mountains, balboa park, bankers hill, downtown, and the coronado bridge! its hard to pick a side of the plane to sit on
Very cool approach from the desert to the city of San Diego. Thanks for sharing.
Why are there so many people on a "Delivery Flight" ? And, I thought 737's were made in Renton?
The delivery flight was also a recognition event. All passengers were nominated by their managers. The 737s are made in Renton but (I’m a little hazy on the details) flown to Everett as part of their test (?) flight to be picked up at the Delivery Center.
@@mattnrsa Thank You. I've toured the plant in Everett, it is amazing.
What a beautiful approach into SAN, love the wingview :D
Yes very nice Airplane indeed BUT give it 2 Months and the Filthy Passengers will trun it to a Flying Dumpster
We'll stow the speedbrake at the gate.
Wow, what a dream. How does one get to do this? Thanks for sharing. Must have been amazing.
Yes it was a great experience. There have been a few of these, run as recognition events. Each passenger was nominated by their manager.
So weird hearing people clap on takeoff haha
Yes I think that was the only flight any of us will clap on!
Very nice, Girl!
Hope no turbulence, every time I fly UA too much turbulence.
the cleanest that aircraft will ever be
I did work it not much difference from the 737-900
Now to reseach all the differences between the MAX 8 and the max 9
How does someone get on a delivery flight? Is it only for exclusive people?
I think they might vary depending on the airline, but this flight was a recognition event, with each employee on the flight receiving a nomination from their manager.
Nice video, I retired from Boeing and missed my days of working in Everett Delivery Center where I met customers from all over the world.
What a great experience, Tony. Thank you for being part of such a special group!
None for me@@mattnrsa
Word !
The Pan Am Song playing in the background 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I just flew in one two days ago from Southwest. Smooth plaine.
I spotted sister ship N37541 in Miami two weeks ago… I think that was delivered on November 15
When you see this, you realize there is still hope for America!
Where's that water from at around 2:36?
It was just water that had collected on the plane overnight. Not sure if there was overnight rain or some kind of condensation, but it wasn’t from any kind of water arch.
Iconic White and Green Puget Sound Ferry was trying to race on takeoff lol
Just a little max news the nstb released their findings on the Ethiopian crash they dumped them on their website because the Ethiopians would not include it on their report because it’s puts a fairly big part of blame on the airline and flight crew, Boeing had a procedure to deal with the issue the crew didn’t follow the procedure if they had the aircraft could have been saved and the aircraft had a damaged aoa vane but the airline flew it anyway www.ntsb.gov/investigations/Documents/US%20comments%20ET302%20Report%20March%202022.pdf
Right over my by house! Nice
