Hello Doctor I am new at this, so please forgive me if I have got made an error in my analysis: In the other video on Kisspeptin on your channel, you said that recommended dose of kisspeptin is 10mcg/kg of body weight So for a 100kg person that is 1000mcg. The concentration of the mixture that you have shown in this video is: 5mg/1ml = 5000mcg/ml So with this concentration, the dose works out as 1000/5000 = 0.2ml of solution (or 20 units on a 100 unit injection) Would you say that this dose is significantly higher than typical recommendations? As most recommendations for dosage of Kisspeptin on the web say 1mcg/kg of body weight Which is 100mcg for a 100kg person That is 100/5000 = 0.02ml of solution or 2 units using the concentration in the video

Sildenafil was the very first of these "erection aids" it was originally trialed as a blood pressure treatment, but men noticed the side effects as an erection aid, and so it was then marketed as such, the other brands Cialis, Viagra and such are variants. Cialis can be taken as a low dose daily for young guys so as to be "ready" at will. I was prescribed Sildenafil for ED many years ago, but it is not reliable, however I recently tried PT-141,Bremelanotide, and taken as recommended by an English doctor the start of dose can be as little as 0.5 Mg, maximum 2Mg. The advisory is start at 1Mg, but in conjunction with a little blue helper, in my case Sildenafil. Any how I followed the directions as per the doctor and for my build etc I injected 1.75Mg and took one sildenafil. I took the sildenafil one hour before sex, and the injection 45 minutes before both on an empty stomach, sadly neither worked as I expected, BUT and it's a big but, about an hour later still feeling "aroused" as I had not, as it were reached climax, I not only felt the urge but got a really great erection, better than I could have hoped for, so round two was a real pleaser. The erection lasted for about 3 hours, and on and off for a further 36 hours at least. Follow up after I used it a couple more times……. I don’t like it! I actually gave away what I didn’t use. For me anyway, it made me feel as bad as viagra does except I have a erection but it damn sure doesn’t effect my libido unless I do 4 units which in turn makes me horny but I feel so bad it doesn’t matter. So for me it sucks! I purchased PT-141 nasal spray online for $280. It worked great, but I thought the price was exorbitant. So, I tried mixing some at home as shown in a video, but it didn’t have the same effect. I also purchased PT-141 from two different labs, and neither had the same effect as the pre-mixed spray I bought online. I’m trying to figure out why. Either the two PT-141 samples I purchased were not legit, or it’s possible that for using it as a nasal spray, I need a different solution. I know I could inject it, but I prefer the nasal spray alternative.

I tried it the day before yesterday, I took 3 units waited an hour and had sex didn’t notice much change at that point but I had to go to work, it took about 3 hours to kick in all the way. I got mildly nauseous and it gave me a mild headache however it also made me rock hard for 30 minutes at a time with about 10 minutes between erections and gave me the most overwhelming urge to dry hump and push my hips outward while I was driving.
