Yooooo... Highly doubt you remember a random encounter on a river last spring... Maybe winter, anyway, we didn't have a great interaction. I was an..(Insert word that rhymes with grasshole).. I didn't know any better, it was my 4th time out ever fishing (not just fly fishing) and I low holed you and your buddies. I had to Google what you meant, and found you in the parking lot and apologized. I just want to say thank you. I've thought about that day so many days on the water in that same spot, you were right in your reaction and I was not. Those few moments taught me a life long lesson and I'm better because of you that day. I owe you a sugar free beverage or something. I apologize again, I sincerely wish that day would have went differently.

awesome looking fly, may i suggest tying a bump to push the bucktail back to 45 degrees angle.....its the go to for big streamers. almost looks like a fleye design, great work, I'm not too long into tying big streamers for pike here in Ireland myself, turns out im not to bad at it, but like you say this stuff cost a small fortune, i get most inspiration from Paul Monaghan and Ryan Huston from England, they both tie some of the best pike fly's and streamers ive seen so far....worth a watch!.....good luck, and tight lines always😉👍
