Mine has 7 bearings. It's a great reel, but I wouldn't call it one of the best. It's definitely a high quality option for those who don't want to spend over $100 on a reel. What you said toward the end is the best description. You get a lot of "bang for you buck".

*This thing looks absolutely built like a tank. **allabout.wiki/xkyk** Noted the 4500+ sizes come with a football riveted handle knob. The sizes are slightly larger than what you're used too. For instance if you wear a XL then order a L if you want to match reel size.*

I was using 20lb braid with the 90size plopper and my line snapped. Had to move up to 50lb braid after losing 2 poppers the same way.

How smooth are these? Are they as smooth as much more high end reels?

It does not have an aluminum frame....

You do know that theres a 7+1 Bearing version and a 4 bearing version! The 4 bearing version comes in the Combo version that sells at Wal-Mart

Great review. Just got the 3000 for inshore saltwater. Unreal that I paid $43 for it on amazon could easily think it’s a $100 reel

with my revros, I have noticed that the reel handle likes to move side to side. Have you had this issue? If so how do you fix it.

I have the smaller version, hardly used and the bail is not working right. You flip it over to cast, go to reel it to click it in and it will not engage or lock in? not sure what to do. I have to flip the bail over with my fingers to engage it. Any ideas? It's in like new condition.

Nice review my man. I have got 7 KastKings in the past month. Pretty obvious that I'm crazy about them. Getting around to making review videos on them now. You gotta try the Stealth. It's my favorite so far and is half the weight of the Sparticus. Even the 30 some dollar Royale Legend is awesome too. You could use a better hat tho ;)

i bought one of there speed demons which was a lemon and got a full refund , then bought the sparticus plus, so far im very impressed :-)
