You can easily spent three days in Tbilisi then take one day tour to kazbegi and gadauri 2 days tour to kutaisi where you can visit prometheus caves and martvili canyon for that you can watch my videos about georgia and take one day tour to kakheti which is near by tiblisi Enjoy your holidays

With in the city we have used normal taxi. Maximum fare we had payed was 5 lari only not more then that or you can use Bolt app for taxi it is also cheap
