Nice, here in Exeter Stagecoach received a few E200's from Scotland and one of them is an ex London Enviro 200 which is short just like this one and it has a loud cooling fan. I've not been on it yet but I'm hoping to get to ride it soon

This might have been re engined into a Cummins solo because most buses that are like this sound like them

It's been fixed now, I went on it yesterday it sounds great now!

I believe that noise is the steering pump on its way out. I drive it the other day and it had very heavy steering!

36365/36366 both have an Allison gearbox

They’re not Cummins engine, they’re Scania DC9 engine. But nice one mate

It's got a good gearbox but that's about it about this solo. A MAN solo I would recommend is 47684, basically the only good MAN solo in Ashford

that first 18167 start up isnt 18167, i can tell its a later alx400 as the stopping light is different

Almost sounding like an E200 with a Moany engine

Not a great solo. Horrendous rattling gets on your nerves. The rattling is so bad that it once made the steering wheel come lose (well that's probably the cause)
