Bizet: Carmen - Prélude to Act I (Papalin Recorder Ensemble)
The Carmen Suites are two suites of orchestral music drawn from the music of Georges Bizet's 1875 opera Carmen and compiled posthumously by his friend Ernest Guiraud. They adhere very closely to Bizet's orchestration. Guiraud also wrote the recitatives for Carmen, and compiled the second of the two suites from Bizet's L'Arlésienne incidental music. Suite No. 1 was published c. 1882.

"Greensleeves" is a traditional English folk song, usually played by a single instrument over a ground of the romanesca or passamezzo antico form. Usually regarded as an anonymous piece, there are many records of claims to the authorship of the tune, mainly by English composers. The theory exists that Santiago de Murcia, a Spanish composer, may have created the tune. It has had many sets of lyr...

Me encanta Debussy y mas en esta versión tecno... Me fascina...siempre anduve buscando esta versión. .. La escuche una vez hace mil años atrás. ..y me enamoró. ..
His voice makes me think Thriller is about to start playing.
Can never be supparsed this music gives you the vast beauty of the African wildness and its beauty and the animals that are there for the moment ❤
Beautiful composition theme you can see the huge wilderness in his music and the animals migrating. And lovely Africa 🌍 ❤️. Please don't let it die❤❤
The chemistry between them is palpable. They had to have fallen in love, if only for a time.
What amazing music. Touches the soul .. how brilliant was the composer to leave this too us . Thank you
A Masterpiece of unbearable beauty. I cry hard, for this score is everything! ❤❤❤❤
No conductor has ever topped Robert Kajanus when it comes to Sibelius.
What a fantastic score. I actually watched this movie for the first time in 2020 when the pandemic was going on, based on a recommendation from a friend. And as part of a time when I went down the rabbit hole of watching classics. Amazing movie. Great performances. Excellent action. And considering it came out in 1964, the movie was very neutral, depicting both sides in a favorable light. The Zulus were fighting for their homeland. The soldiers at Rorke's Drift were fighting for their lives. Warriors and soldiers in a bitter struggle. But in the end, earning each other's respect.
@@TNTinFL Correct about depiction of the Zulus, who I've heard were happy to participate in the filming of the movie for this reason.

This music has always made me sad, as for me it symbolises the transition from childhood to the real world of adulthood. However, in recent years it has also come to symbolise the decline in Walt's company since his death to the point we've now reached where I'm not sure Walt would have liked the films it makes anymore.

Nunca me canso de Bach .Estoy seguro de que a Bach le encantaria Peret .Peret era un rumbero español. Cuando ambos nacieron , rompieron el molde.
